Terms of Use

Signavos lets you upload documents, send them for electronic signature, and track completion. You pay per signature at the price shown at checkout (credit packs purchased in the app). The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

You agree not to: upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content; attempt to interfere with the Service or bypass its security; or use the Service to send unsolicited commercial messages. You are responsible for the documents you send and for obtaining any required consent from recipients to sign electronically.

Signatures captured through the Service are intended to satisfy applicable e-signature laws (such as the U.S. ESIGN Act and UETA). We maintain a tamper-evident audit trail, but we do not guarantee that any particular signature will be held valid in a specific jurisdiction or proceeding.

Credit packs are purchased through our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Prices may change; the price at checkout governs each purchase.

The Service and its software, design, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or for conduct that harms the Service or other users.
